New Home Warranty Inspections

An ownership experience protected from unpleasant surprises. We can help arm you with the information you need to fix defects before your warranty expires!

Our Warranty Inspection

We will come out before the end of any warranty period to complete a full home inspection of the interior and exterior of your home and its major systems and components. We'll complete a full thermal imaging scan before the builder's warranty expires. You receive a comprehensive report that includes information on material defects on the date of the inspection. With this report, you can take the necessary steps to hold the builder and subcontractors to their warranties while they're still in force.
