What We Inspect and Why
A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

Meet Your Inspector
Travis Allenson
I am a Certified Master Inspector, with more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience in several trades. I've completed over 2000 residential and commercial property inspections, and more than 1000 hours of education and counting. I believe continuing education is a key element to providing quality information and finding defects for my clients.
I am certified in mold, air quality, ozone shock treatment, and thermal imaging, along with numerous other InterNACHI qualifications. I want to provide peace of mind to new home buyers and home owners through identifying defects and educating on home maintenance. I use thermal imaging to provide a comprehensive assessment.
I enjoy spending my free time scent training my two beagles in hopes to offer K-9 mold detection in the future.
